On behalf of Brown Miller Communications and the California Partnership for Long Term Care, J&A conducted a focus group study with consumers and financial planners in California. The study focused on testing a potentially new interactive tool with consumers and financial planners as well as obtaining their opinions on long term care insurance. J&A coordinated the recruitment and conduct of focus groups across three cities, as well as the moderation and reporting.
