On behalf of Mr. Fred Snow and his client, Aetna, J&A assisted his group with conducting a qualitative study in the Los Angeles area to gather the opinions of monolingual and bilinguals Latinos with respect to health care coverage and member education materials. This study involved the recruitment of single individuals and married couples for focus group interviews moderated in their dominant language.
