Our firm operated a hotline/customer comment center to collect feedback on how well public ridership needs were met by the Smart Shuttle, an experimental bus service implemented in four areas of Los Angeles County.

The various modes of the Smart Shuttle’s operation included: general public dial-a-ride or shared ride service, subscription or van shuttle service, point deviation and route deviation.
