Internationally, the firm’s work has emphasized the development of instructional programs, the training of personnel, and monitoring the implementation and impact of human resources development efforts from a technology transfer perspective.
Domestically, many of the firm’s projects in the area of human resources development have been in providing training in marketing and management techniques for mid-level personnel in service-oriented businesses. In addition, J&A has planned and implemented a number of workshops which brought together government administrators, program managers, and members of the business community from across the nation for orientation and practical training, and provided logistical support for these individuals.
